I made a Dreamcast disc with all the american NES games and a ton of japanese & homebrew games. I forgot the name of the emulator that they use for that, but its awesome, play all your NES roms on your dreamcast!

Also my favorite emulator would probably be NESticle, I forgot which N64 emu I use (Project 64, NEMU) and also Visual Boy Advance rocks ass for GBA games.

What would have rocked so much fucking ass, is if they came out with that BleemCast! software for Dreamcast. That would have kicked PS2's ass up and down the fucking block with a choker collar and a steeltoed shoe.

Bleemcast was an emulator for Dreamcast that would allow it to play certain games (which would be on the disc such as Sports, adventure, role playing etc) to be played on Dreamcast with alot better features that the Dreamcast hardware was capable of doing, like a higher resolution and video buffering and all that other tech geek shit  ;)  too bad Sony sued them into bankrupcy  :(

/\

Try VisualBoy Advance for GameBoy Advanced games, and I believe regular GB and GBC games as well.

ePSXe, Visual Boy, NO$GMB, KEGAW, ZSNES, SNES9X, etc. Quite a few of them, just enough that I can't remember them all.

erc, those TNTs are what 32MB cards? Windows takes a chunk of that 32MB (somewhere between two to four megabytes depending on resolution and background(s) and you get what is left. Personally, I can't play a lot of the play station games on my computer at the moment because I don't have enough video ram left over after windows and the emulator's retexturizing. Thus my frame rates are crap on (get this) a P4 2.4GHz with a gig of ram and surround sound etc.

So you see the problem is that the emulator is probably decompressing the textures and recoding them to make them PC video card compatable and your video card just doesn't have the ram to do that AND render your screen fast at the same time.

I've tried Visual Boy Advance a few days ago to play Resident Evil Gaiden (GBC). It works way better than BGB, especially on sound stuff. Thanks for the advice Victor. (y)

I've also tried Project 64 to play Perfect Dark but it was so slow, like 10-12 FPS. My system specs are: P3-900, 128MB and a TNT2 M64. Aren't these enough for it? I can run PCSX in OpenGL with nearly all advanced options turned on - and still have a pretty good performance. What's the problem?
PD requires 3ghz of processing power on PJ64, because on a real N64, it was VERY dependent on the CPU, and through the emulation process, it uses way more power.

Video card and ram IS NOT an issue, you have any idea the large size of a texture in a N64 game? 32x32, average is about 16x16 or 32x16 etc

I like VGS PSX Emu. It is 100 % compatible with all games. I need this emu to rip some console game textures.

But true KING of emus is IMBNES emu for PSX. I have 1000 NES games playable on NES (y)
