I enjoyed the video. Good work there!

Sorry for not answering back them. For quite a time AMC did not allow me to access, so I took it off from favorites.
I also need some help with the UFO on L.A rumble. The problem is with the speed sprite that makes the UFO spin at the right speed. The sectors right below the UFO need to drop to the ground at the same speed as the building sector around them. But the sectors under the UFO drop to slow, they already have a speed sprite in them that makes the UFO spin at the right speed. IS THERE A WAY to use 2 speed sprites in one sector, one that makes the ceiling rotate at the right speed and one to make the floor drop at the right speed. I just don't know how to have the sector that's rotating on the ceiling also drop the floor down, at different speeds.

I have checked the map using no-clip cheat.

Despite what it looks like, the floor z of the UFO sector is not the same z of the adjacent sectors (building roof). If you walk over the building roof, you will fall in a non visible hole around the z of the street.

Oddly there is some kind of "masked floor" (like a masked wall) over it. Something not normally possible in the PC version.

Either way, the floor texture is paralexed, in other words, it's not rendered in the emulator. Based on this, I say that they probably did some trick moving lines of non adjacent sectors in Build. Something that would cause bugs in the DOS version, but doesn't happen in the emulator renderer.

I hope you understand...

Here is a map with a example of something similar (but not the same, I am not sure of what they did): http://www.mediafire.com/?mtu4x5mh6znobd3

What about DOSBOX emulator?

By the way, I can't really understand what's the difference beetween running it on DOS, or using Eduke classic mode with 320x200 resolution. =/

Hmm, I would prefer to replace these palletes with the default one... or if you want to use them, you would need to adapt the colors in another program using that odd palette...

The maps on that page are the same ones in his download that you have to pay for...
That fail the point of selling it...

I liked this one. The screen and sounds are very legitime to the game, and I felt pretty nostalgic.

This was pretty cool. The look is satisfactory and the gameplay is nice. Too bad it was just one map, I was expecting to go to next level and have tank on my side (or even control one).

I would suggest a faster weapon. This one is boring, you don't get the fun of using a assault rifle.

I had some bugs while respawning. The "press space to restart" quote is still there, suddenly the player spawn on sky and get fall damage, or I respawn dead and need to respawn again...
