Is that timer setting required  per tripbomb or is it universal after setting it once?

It's universal afterwards but I could easily have it reset afterwards. Now that you mention it, I can include an option to the left of the standard menu that you can reach simply by hitting move left. Hitting space on this other option would make it toggle and you can hit move right to go back to the timer menu.

Make it universal.  I wouldn't want to worry about setting the timer once I have a badguy coming around the corner.

The timer is supposed to only reset after you plant one.

Today I'm starting work on adding secondary weapons. Each secondary will have its own pickups, ammo, etc.

I understand that, but what I meant was that, say, I'm feeling lucky and I bet I could get every enemy I encounter to follow behind me by 5 seconds and I plant tripbombs each with a timer of 5 seconds.  I don't want to have to continually set the timer to 5 seconds everytime I plant one.  That is, the timer should only change if the player specifies it.  Adds more control to the player.

Right now that's exactly as it operates. I'm trying to make the option to disable that, but it doesn't appear to be working. That's what I'm saying.
