Yes that is the stated date in emails I have also recived from EA. this probley could have gone in the C&C Thread?

Wtf are you talking about Weeble, C&C 3 is made using an over haled version of the Battle For Middle Earth 2 Engine. Has nothing to do with Yuris Revenge. You will stand more chance playing this on you Xbox 360 than you PC. which is my plan.

Looking way hot - but I still don't think games like this work in 3d. It's like those SCI-FI movies where they're playing chess on hoverboards or something, it's just not right :) I'll be the first to admit I was wrong if it des work out though, I'm waiting patiently :)

Depends. C&C: Generals looked very ugly because the models were low-poly. They just seemed like little blocks. However in this day and age much better graphics are possible so I suppose this will work out just fine.

I know EA completly screwed up real bad with C&C Genearals, it shouldnt even be classed as a C&C in my opion. But I know they have lernt from there mistakes this time. Ill be getting this for my XBOX 360 cos I want to enjoy it in all glory of graphics and HD Video :)

The difference between a 2D strategy game and a 3D strategy game is 100% graphics, so what's your point? As long as they don't mess with the traditional C&C gameplay (not the one from Generals) I don't see any reason why it would suck.

No, it's not. 2d grid-typed strategy games give you better overall view of what's going on, make it easier to select units and place them, and so on.

Not neccesarily. Have you ever played Age of Mythology? It has a very easy view and control.
