AMC TC V1.20 released, updated

Version v1.10 is ready for download :) The full list of changes are listed on the download page, but I'll bring up the big ones here. You'll need to re-download the whole mod as the patch effects pretty much everything. Either download and unzip into your existing directory to keep your data files and configurations, or into a new directory if you're just starting.


-Revamped skill levels; the Expert and Professional skill levels give far greater challenge than Normal mode. Professional adds an even bigger challenge than Expert; the crosshair is disabled meaning guns with sights are far more vital to success, many weapons kick upwards meaning that you'll need to keep greater control of your weapon, and reloading takes longer meaning a careful approach is recommended. Don't forget that you can lean around corners to assess threats by standing, holding the use key, and pressing turn left/right.
-Beat all levels on Expert mode to unlock Gold standard weapons that can be purchased from the Shopkeeper. Although expensive, these weapons are effective against
all enemy types. Episode 1 has gold standard replacements for all character's slot 1 weapons.
-Beat all levels on Professional mode to unlock an extended ending for Episode 1. You only need to do this once, afterwards the ending will be unlocked and always show after the epilogue map.
-New weapons! 2 new guns can be found in Snow Base for Mikko, and several others are available for purchase from the Shopkeeper, as well as a new spell for Sang found in Dis Base.
-New enemies! The Zombie soldier and a suprising new addition to Dis base!
-New areas to Dis Base and Millhaven, and map improvements to many others as well
-Improved weapon bar showing akimbo gun modes and grenade launcher attachments, .etc .etc
-Lots and lots of bug fixes and improvements (see changelog)

Before you jump in grab that as well, an oversight with a fix for something made some jumps later in the game not possible. I've updated the main file on moddb but not sure if it's ready yet heh :)

Would it be a lot of trouble to show who you've finished a level with, where applicable? "Too much trouble." would suffice, I'm just curious.

That'd be relatively easy to add in - where would you suggest it be displayed? in the level select area in the amc base alongside the trophies?

-Fixed M16 not showing up in mission select map
-Fixed misalignments in mission select map
-Fixed being able to select null characters
-Fixed being able to use melee attacks whilst checking PDU
-Fixed being able to roll whilst sliding
-Fixed being able to roll under certain objects
-Fixed being able to slide with very low stamina
-Fixed being able to wallkick off of nothing
-Fixed spawning heartleech for free by weapon switching
-Fixed RPK's max magazine size, subsequently fixing being able to reload whilst full
-Fixed RPKM not removing PKM's equipped status when equipped itself
-Fixed Silver Talon not removing Gold Talon's equipped status when equipped itself
-Fixed misaligned switch in Megabase
-Fixed equipment array not being resized in gunshop
-Fixed holding down reload key constantly reloading mag-fed shotguns
-Fixed enviro-suit laser firing whilst moving
-Fixed Merlijn's Axe and Holy Hand-grenade taunts not playing globally
-Fixed Satyr flinch animation messing up dying animations
-Fixed Sawn-off gaining other weapon's attributes
-Fixed bug with dying whilst cutscene playing; will automatically reset level or load savegame
-Fixed movement glitches with Mech Suit and Hover-craft
-Fixed camera sprite not resetting screen angle
-Fixed SVD remaining in scope mode once ammunition is depleted
-Fixed capitilisation on 'We've got all the evidence' achievement picture

AAAAAAA Holy Christ I was just looking at the enemy con file to see what kind of stuff I haven't tried shooting a shrinker or MIA gun at yet and I found out why a certain someone had a HEAD INJURY in a cutscene.

I notice in one of the newer screenshots you posted, you have the Nailgun I noticed in the data files. Is that in Episode 1, or had you placed that empty slot there just to taunt me?
