Like officially my first 100% polymer level.
it has little modded stuff such as dark boars (stronger pigcops),
Mushroom md3 and some weird crystal md3.

Still under heavy constructions.
level is a massively large floating island,
has some TROR pushing deep into the Eduke32 Engine such as pic 8 and 9, crazy TROR.
Also the transparent waterfall is neat.

Cabin is pretty complex, and more.

Works fine on me.

usually mapster has little more lag than eduke32.

When I edited levels on my mod, mapster seems to lag more than eduke32 .

Last load for the floating isle.
At over 2k sectors

Working on the last temple (last part of the level)
Will have complex TROR inside the temple.
A mazy portal place.

Keep in mind that you must set to polymer mode.
You need a strong computer etc.

For Duke4.net, you probably should start a new topic like [RELEASE] Floating Isle rather than mentioning the release at the bottom of the in-development thread. I think people pay attention to the "[RELEASE]" tag.

What kind of a framerate are people here getting? As I already told Zax, I cannot get past 2 fps, so the map is pretty much unplayable.

yeah I just tried it and I'm not even getting 10fps, even when I set the resolution as low as possible (I've got a GTX1060) I could try and force my way through but I can't even do jumps at the framerate since it's a crapshoot if my button presses register. Sorry I can't check out the map Zaxtor.

I knew what I was in for, but I gave it a shot. My wimpy little 650ti said, "hell no".
If I could get negative framerate, this map would do it. I thought I was going to have to manually shut my computer off because it took quite a bit of time for the menu to come up so I could exit.
Maybe in 5 years when I can afford to upgrade my comp I'll give it another try.

At the lowest setting I'm getting a max 6 fps, if I put my face to a wall and don't move.
I can go into the polymer set up screen and shut absolutely everything off & I'll get as low as 20 fps in some outdoor areas. - but that kinda defeats the purpose of having polymer.

I'm assuming a big reason for polymer here is simply having extensive glitch-free TROR.

Yes glitch free and exploring polymer.

Also my new level im working on

Uses polymer (HRP)
and
Uses polymer (8bit mode) for slower machines
